GL shorting OTIC you will get crushed! Institutions are loading big today it is very obvious! Institutions already own 79% of the OS so the float from that 30 million shares is low! Analyst reports ahead of the reports yesterday had a $12.00 average PPS target. You can bet that will go up now!
