I’ve seen those bankruptcies before in developments. One comes in and preps the property and goes basically bankrupt and then the developers come in. Doesn’t worry me. Seeing that they have secured the money to proceed from a reliable source (not a toxic loan) and the prospect of the other acquisition and revenues, this will rise!
