I've actually been thinking about this a bit. The fact that the price today is about 5000X lower than what it was in the very beginning looks a little reverse splitish, cause the trend says that it could go even lower in the next few years and .0001 is the rock bottom before the R/S.

However, I have seen stocks much worse than this. There are stocks that have declined even more throughout the lifetime graph. Hard to say where this is headed, but if you buy this, you will do so on anticipation of news, not on chart analysis.
