After we receive/earn the .43 the company is still worth .49 of DK units and if it remains 13.85 that is what we get. If we sell before ex date it has to be worth .49 x DK price plus the .43 to equal what it will be worth the day after ex.
DK is at the moment trading at 28.37 ... x .49 = 13.90. If that holds we are up to 14.33 for our units (including the distribution). The market will steal it cheaper if it smells panic.
