I was thinking the same thing. Why drop the 2 now, go current just to get back a stink Pink eye going delinquent on the 3rd.

Why I thought Q1&2 on the 15th and NT filing to buy a little more time to kick the 3rd out.
The NT gives the K 15 more days, the Qs get 5.
I'm not sure that is worth while.
15 would give Rossi enough time to spit fire and hell to get the 3rd out by Dec and remain current and above .01

Just a guess.
I do know revenue and funding is here and has been cranking up the story behind the curtain.
Can Rossi even drop a good 8k while the Stop Sign is around our necks.

2018 will be awesome from these prices.

I'm building my war chest just for the 15th unknown.

I still think with 126mm O/S this is an easy .33 stock.
