Does anyone know the process difference of registering a new symbol/company as your are indicating vs starting NEWC back up? I am curious the financial & timely differences if any. I contacted the SEC (you can call and email them) and they gave me the impression that starting NEWC back up is not that complicated. I didn't ask about finances and whatnot. They just seemed to say that its not a big deal to get it going again, basically no different than the original process that got the NEWC registered. If that is truly the case, why not get NEWC going vs starting over? I mean Campo's name (no matter what) will always be tied to this debacle. If he decides to start a whole new company vs getting NEWC going he is going to have more scorned ex-shareholders than if he tries to make things right. I may just be thinking too logically for this situation.
