The Inquiry date from Lafarge was on July 31st, and they announced the closing of the cement contract on September 5th.
IMO this gave Sulja enough time to secure a supplier in order to meet the demand of their pending cement contract.
CLOSED DONE SIGNED SEALED AND DELIVERED.
