So what fundamentally has changed? A delayed filing for the 10-Q which was fully expected? Or is it because the shorts have come back..I thought shareholders would have learned how quickly the stock price will rise once there's a few buyers and shorts cover. The Tri-way loan is still on, nothing has changed. People should just go into the market and buy the gift from the shorts today.
