Frichtel is an a-hole, and he ignores shareholders who are critical of his share valuation and lack of transparency on the direction of his company. He's taking you all for a ride and diluting shares by issuing stock to get general cannabis out of debt.

Why is he in debt? He buys shit he doesn't need. Then he spends a fortune on labor (himself and his board at least. No doubt his sales associates are happy with $15 an hour and a free lb of weed a month.)

Dump this stock and short it. I'm telling you. He's burning bridges. No matter what good news his SEC filings might imply.
