I would have to say other than the fact he's surprised it's still trading, he seemed positive about any chance to use PDMI shell for another business opportunity.

If I remember correctly, there was an opportunity in Nevada he ended up passing on so that tells me he's currently active on using the clean shell minus the 120,000.00 debt load.

120k ain't nothing if the right situation is found

He was just as open and courteous as he was 3 years ago when I talked to him.
