Long story short jns power is a specialty electrical install business they install highend commercial stuff. 1 thing is ev chargers. Jns power got screwed over by ccgi and jnsh decided to sue them and get the assets and Chicago charging network.
They now own the jns power biz and the whole Chicago ev network. Here is the website to the network

They are the main player in chicago. They do most of the government contracts and independent contracts. They are partnered with charge point and evgo. They are very respected in the area. The only reason they have the network is becuase ccgi screwed them out of over $100k when 350green ccgi scammed chicago for over $1.5mm.
Jns power came in and rescued the network.
