Having tried to contact GMUI previously by email and phone- with one of my questions concerning the name change, etc.- as well as some other timetables, if publicly available- I was concerned that my attempts at communication were returned basically "with the sound of silence." Having had a rather costly dip in my investment today (not to be unexpected in light of the situation with a new company), I still wanted to know if anyone was going to answer the knock on their door (they said that they would answer emails in two days- and didn't.

I was about to post a message here after a rather stronger, emphatic call to them, when they suddenly called- allowing me to revise the tone of this message. Basically, the person I talked to wasn't fully equipped to answer my questions but made it clear to me that the company was restructuring and they were quite busy, which I can appreciate. Nonetheless, I made it clear than responding to whatever communications they set up- must be handled responsibly- for this is a very bad time to lose investor confidence. I think they took it rather well- and my confidence was somewhat restored- and I do realize that I am going to see extraordinary dips and peaks no matter what they do. Still, I think clear and regular uninflated and non-hyperbolic communication with investors- through a blog, letters, updates by email, etc. is a good idea- even if these elements of communication don't rise to the level of a press release.

It is nice to be assured that a company that has made a more than 180 degree turn in their business sector- has a reality that would not be overturned by a lack of communication. They appear to want communication solely with email for awhile while they get situated. That's OK with me as long as I can see that they are there and working.
