Not that I think this is true, but, one could make the argument that the CE was placed on the company because the PR stating that they have retained the law firm is being disputed.
Again, I'm not saying that I think that is true just that someone could make that claim based on the CE.
All we have is the company's PR stating that it's due to the non-sponsored promotion.
