As was stated here recently, it is now circling the toilet awaiting that final plunge.

I'm not surprised one bit and IMO we will be <1 cent before too long. Being realistic the Apple trial is not going to be 100% Voippal, therefore we will most likely see continued appeals.

Company motto "EXPECT THE WORST" has proved correct time and time again. Incredibly disheartening for shareholders to sit idle watching investments waste away.
