Plus, that $2.3 mil/month is not a chip in play at all. No verifiable land, no MJ cultivation licenses in CA. They've generated exactly $0 in mj revenues.

The only relevant verifiable fact is that MCIG Kern County Boards ruling regarding cannabis has zero affect on MCIG's land in California City.
