This does not make sense. If the SequestOx ANDA is halted, then Elite would not be seeking a solution to the tmax problem.

Program is not progressing. It is halted. They are praying they find a resolution. Until a resolution is found, SequestOx program is halted, plain & simple.

I will accept the statements made by Elite during the last CC:

"We are now reviewing alternatives to further improving the PK study under fat conditions. . . we hired a professor, Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, and also a formulator that worked at Elite long time ago that actually was responsible for our patterns to help us solve this problem as well."
