I don't imply they know anything about the bill....what I am certain they know is just exactly where they stand within the process from the perspective of where discussions currently sit and any realistic timeframe to expect. What they tell us thru their powerpoints (which change regularly) and what is realistic are likely two very different things. Pie in the sky is wordsmithed and published, they've done this for a long long time.
