Calpers has decided

to start investing in Chinese companies for the first time.

They are looking at companies listed here in the U.S. by ADR or normal lisitngs.

The news of this will definately give a lift to any Chinese companies that have revenues and profits or show high prospects--even OTC BB

Calpers is usually a rather conservative pension fund
