There is NOT 12bn shares available.

Last time i checked it really hasn’t changed.....especially from the last S-1 filing.

And after speaking with management on the phone, they have no convertibles until January and now just “1” note with BNA. I know BNA and they do not dilute to hurt share prices. They will want to convert higher as well as it would not make sense to convert down here at these lvls. They would lose money and they aren’t in the business of losing money.....capishe?

ALSO YOU DO REALIZE THE INCREASE IN AS WENT MOSTLY TO THE BOARD? Hmmm that’s a very intresting piece of information that’s not been talked about.
