More evidence of AMD's 65nm problems:

65nm parts clocked at 2.1 2.3 2.5 and 2.6GHz, and they couldn't hold the 65W TDP going from 2.5 to 2.6, but needed to relax it to 76W.

Virtually no improvement at all over current 90nm parts, which can hit 65W TDP at 2.4GHz, even with a larger cache.

They are introducing another 90nm speedgrade (3GHz), but at a 125W TDP.

Better get 65nm fixed before too long, or it's game over.
