Exactly! They filed documents to the SEC to make the reverse merger happen - and they'll still be filing more documents to keep things in compliance. The obvious is in front of all of us, JBZY is headed to big places and they're creating US connections through this stock.

As for updating shareholders, that will come in time. The filings with speak for themselves until then.
