Even well run scams can provide an opportunity for profit for investors. Adrian can't even run a good scam, or else he would be trying to drive up the PPS to get more trading volume. That is a win-win for both the scammer and the investors. Instead, he makes sure that the continual volume of newly converted unrestricted shares crushes any possibility that the PPS will rise.
