.01 or .001? That is really the question.

IMO, if this business is real, they want it to be an asset only purchase so that they have no risk of liabilities, etc.

That being said, not sure it can be done while there are outstanding court cases against the existing company.

I think that the court is going to look for resolution for most of the outstanding cases (the ones that have "merit") before letting the sale be finalized, UNLESS CWIR is willing to deal with them, which I would highly doubt.
