Lets not get those hopes up just yet....They don't look as wonderful as they seem.

Michael Hesser
https://www.corporationwiki.com/Nevada/Las-Vegas/michael-hesser/121248385.aspx

Michael Hesser has been associated with thirty companies, according to public records. The companies were formed over a sixteen year period with the most recent being incorporated two years ago in August of 2015. Zero of the companies are still active while the remaining thirty are now listed as inactive.

30 DIFFERENT companies over a 16 year period is pretty evident of a failed businessman..or...a conman...stay tuned, it gets better. Notice the address on the link under "known addresses"

Example of one of his "businesses"
http://nvsos.gov/SOSEntitySearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=GDVWQD5fpHaDF%252fTYpOhCfA%253d%253d

...again..note the address. No other information about the company...but nothing along the lines of transforming into an MMA company from many of his conned real estate ventures

Note from the first link that another one of Hessers businesses is Onecap Realty...now here's THAT info
https://lasvegassun.com/news/2010/jul/19/second-onecap-company-seeks-bankruptcy-protection/

With the recession pushing many of the riskier hard-money projects into default, investors have sued several Las Vegas hard-money lenders in recent years claiming they were misled about the projects they invested in and that in the servicing of their investments they weren't treated fairly by the hard-money lenders.

In Hesser's case, OneCap Mortgage Corp. in May had its mortgage broker's license revoked by the state Division of Mortgage Lending after a series of enforcement actions by the agency dating to 2007.

More sketchyness for ONECAP..a Hesser company

A year ago, the Financial Institutions Division issued a cease-and-desist order to prevent OneCap from making unsecured loans. The division said the company had no license for unsecured loans.

The Mortgage Lending Division issued a separate cease-and-desist order regarding alleged violations of the rules for hard-money lenders who use investor money to make loans secured by real estate.

I could go on and on and on and on about this guy! good lord! he's everywhere and not in a good way. And thats with bare minimum DD. Simple google searches You could google each of the companies from the first link and you won't find anything good about any of them or him. And right there along side of him THROUGH ALL OF THOSE COMPANIES...is Shawn Wright. Partner in CRIME
