Once the merger/acquisition takes place, I'm pretty sure this wont be PGPM anymore and we will own shares of a different company, now I could be wrong but wouldn't that mean the "new" company can offer dividends/share buybacks..etc so yeah its very possible unless I'm completely wrong here, I'm going off of the PR's that the company has been putting out, which is the only thing we really have to go off of at this point IMHO.
