I also noticed the O/S count error on the cover page.

Have some other general comments to facilitate discussion on the 10-Q from others on the board.

Some new changes:
- now claiming to be an Emerging Growth company. Wonder what prompted this addition of designation.

- instead of stating "the development of its proprietary square wave form device"....they now say "development of its proprietary non-invasive electrocuetical device"

Other observation:
- why is Operating expense lower in 3Q compared to 2Q? Changed from $2.1m in 2Q to $1m in Q3. It seems 3Q in 2016 had lower Op exp than 2Q in 2016 as well. Summer vacation by staff? <grin>

Not much else earth shattering that we don't already know from previous 10-Qs.
