As with all of us longs here, I continue to try to make sense of all of this. It does seem with all the DD done so far, this guy Wang Dequan is a wealthy guy. But, as Columbo used to ask, "ah, just one more question". I pulled up the Forbes list of the wealthiest people in China and our guy doesn't show up in the list that includes all Billionaires. Any ideas? And please, this is not a bashing question but a serious one...thanks in advance. Just looking for clarity...always.
