Your 500,000 estimate may be close IMO.

There are two Long Stars in Liaoning Province, Shenyang and Liaoning Long Star. Shenyang is the one Stimulus Pkg posted with pic including Wang and Han Zhiming.

There are two Guangxi Long Stars. One producing EVs and the 150,000 EV factory under construction since December 2016 with 30,000 special vehicle project pending(environmental permit approved in Oct 2017).

As far as factories/branches, there is potentially 9 total that actually produce or sell EVs in partnership with JB&ZJMY imo. That does not include Chery Cowin.

The Xi'an Branch is near Shaanxi Long Star I believe. Shaanxi Long Star is near Yuncheng in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an is just over 100 miles away.
