swam in the freezing outdoor pool today to relieve the stress

nothing better then getting out of a freezing pool in november - you feel like a NEW person no matter how bad the day went

gained 3 lbs stranded in San Francisco International Airport last week eating Airport restuarant food ( try the Turkey Avocado Sandwhich at the Boulini Bakery next time wow) at SFO - the food is so good its better then anywhere else, now jogging and swimming to get that 3 lbs back off

of course I was on my cell phone watching the TEUFF ticker tape all last week wishing I had not forgotten to bring my battery pack for my laptop

we will see tomorrow if we resume the rally in TEUFF after the consolidations, profit taking and the short attacks
