According to their latest conference call: The old version of Troptions (xtroptions) are hard forking into a new version (troptions). So anyone holding xtroptions will receive an equal amount of troptions. When that happens xtroptions are supposed lose most of their value, and that value is supposed to shift to troptions. According to xchain.io xtroptions are currently valued at $13.24, so troptions being valued at $11 in the ico doesn't seem too far fetched. IMO
