You posted a link about the 80 Million, not saying that it was your words. I am saying since you posted the Link maybe you have addional info about the 80 Million. I am trying to find out if the 80 Million happened. I know you have talked about a PP before, now that would make some sense. You could sell 80 Million Dollars worth of Stock without doing a filing in a PP.
