Actually with the amount of selling I've seen by WDCO and VNDM over the past few days, I was surprised the outstanding is still "just" 141 million shares... However when you realize that means that about 80 million shares have recently been converted and dumped, then you understand why the price has fallen so far, so fast...

And you don't hear the CEO say anything in the video about wanting to pay off the old debts, just letting the debtholders cash out with deathspiral conversions... Just not good. If this keeps up, there will be no OTCQB any more for GRCK, so you can only hope that the dilution ends soon and the CEO can muster a bounce with some kind of NEWS... The professional note holders know they are dealing with inexperienced rookie CEO and they will eat his lunch... and yours too, imo...
