I checked, there are two cases in NY.

FUNNY THING, the one filed in March, has requested a DEFAULT JUDGMENT. The amount that LG Capital Funding LLC is requesting is $584,000. It is only against Eventure Interactive.

The argument for/against the Default was to be on July 21, 2017.

LG Capital is also requesting Damages.

The last filing was on August 2 2017.

Can't wait to see what amount is awarded.

The second case was filed by SBI Investments LLC and is against the company, good ol' Gannon Giguiere and Michael Roundtree. They are saying it is the wrong venue. And didn't "state a claim"..

It will be interesting.

Last doc was filed Nov 6.
