There is absolutely no guarantee there will be a up listing or funding.
All the 8k is saying is that they have hired a accounting firm to complete there financial statements dating back to 2015. When is there 3rd quarter for 2017 anyway?

Other 8k's mentioned the employment agreement of Mr. Castillo as Chief Marketing Officer for the astronomical amount of 700.00 a month. What is that a miss print, or is this company actually hiring a executive for 700.00 a month? Next employment agreement is for Mr. Aviles as Chief Sales officer for a whopping 800.00 a month plus, shares of stock each quarter of 10k.
