Pangloss, there is LOTS more to criticize mgt about other than not communicating...

Mgt includes the BOD. They failed to rein in DOC's RSU grabs. Failed to get substantial deals done. Failed to find something to make in a factory before building it. Failed to conduct proper investor relations and maintain a quality shareholder base instead of recruiting crooks. Failure to get doggie vax approved. Failure to get accelerated approval on ANYTHING despite great results.

Lombardo has his failures other than communicating also. Failure to produce even a simple sale of HER 2 after 4 months. Failure to cut any expenses and reduce our blast furnace cash burn. Failure to find a better shareholder base. Failure to rein in mgt greed by stopping undeserved option grabs. Failure to get EMA filed on time. Failure to set a good example and pass up shareholder paid vacations to Vienna and London. Failure to lay out a strategy on what will happen when the cash runs out in 6-9 months.

In fact, the record of failure is so long, it would be quicker to list the things mgt has done right...if I could think of any.

The only success I want from them now is sale of the Company at $20+. Time to protect the great science assets from mgt's depradations.
