The RS after the Big PR about all this good stuff coming down the pike including a stock buy back is unsettling to say the least. Was that PR the final pump for someones close buddies or some other self serving reason?

In retro why would they be talking about a stock buy back in a PR prior to any revenues? I mean it seems they have more real issues of the day to take care of instead, What with September being the beginning of the big rollout, to what two doctors or was it three?

A buy back and revenues would eliminate the need for a RS, so whats the hurry all of a sudden to prop up the price?

One final question, why do sinking Co's do RS anyway?

10 more cents and I'll be back at 55 cents again.
