Press releases are nothing but forward looking statements. They all have disclaimers because they are not accurate in most cases on OTC.

CEO said the promo did not have any effect on the trading. That is obviously incorrect looking at the pps. He is trying to hide his involvement in the promo and all the shares being dumped.
