Yes. Clearly resigned due to sec violations from 2014ish, and was forced out due to penalties from those violations that stemmed from before being on the trtc BOD. Yet, those allegations and violation proceedings were already in motion.

Why was this person allowed to be on the board of directors for trtc...?

Sec forced him to resign, why claim health issues?

I hope the trtc BOD gets a magnifying glass put on them by the sec.

They better put out a good Q3... or run for cover every time they step out their door...
