BLDV Bid vs Ask on Ameritrade.

at 1:20 pm the Ameritrade on BLDV states more than 2 billion, 588 million shares on Bid at .0008. Also, about 177 million on the Ask at .0009. I'm thinking there is a glitch in their software, seems unlikely over 2 billion shares on Bid, that's like half of all the shares traded ???

If it's correct than there must be big money coming in from somewhere !!!!
With the day's volume at around 10 million something can't be kosher. Does anybody else have accurate info. ?????
