Could be either. I would say that most likely we'd be bought out, because that would result in no dilution for the shareholders of the current Big Pharma company (say Merck or Pfizer or whoever -- I am NOT saying that I have any info nor suspect either company of being involved in any way with Inmed).

Those company's PPS is way higher than what a buyout of Inmed would be worth, so it wouldn't make sense to just swap the shares, UNLESS they did it on a proportionate basis, like 10 shares of IMLFF for every 1 share of XYZ company. That would still result in dilution, but a lot less.

Either way, it means $$$ for us.
