A 50% drop in the Ask is a good sign??? As far as “less than 100K shares @ .0002”, we don’t know how many shares VNDM, a known diluter, is hiding. To make things worse, VNDM is followed up by Cantor, another known diluter, hiding his actual Ask volume with 10K at .0003. Then there's the dreaded, NO BID. A falling Ask and a NO BID looks bad to me.
