From last night...

Just spoke with the CEO at length about this issue. He had no idea that his company was being promoted by third parties.

He even stated that for those who are wondering if the company was responsible, he wanted to remind us that the company has no free trading shares so there would be no logical reason for the company to be involved in a promotional campaign like this and that even months or years down the road, they would never engage in these types of promotions.

As a result of the size and scale of the promotion and the volume it created, OTCMarkets considered it spam and placed a CE on this stock and this move has prompted the CEO to address this through his attorney immediately.

The first step will be to go after those who promoted the stock this way through legal channels as they are responsible and accountable for the CE being placed on the stock.

The second step is to address this with shareholders and I suggested that the company put something out sooner rather than later addressing this issue. Hopefully the company will address via and 8-K or PR. GLTA UF
