That chart speaks volumes..... But there is ways to combat shorting...The insiders just don't care.

The pps does not mean anything to them....never did. The lower the better for them. It allows the con to continue.

That is how they make their money...add on to that the cash cows in place (dispensaries)

They would be fools to change anything....it works like a charm
