At which point he said most are not, and even if you are, you are getting a service that you pay for. You are not giving a handout and getting the right to cry about management just because you bought a product.

Good riddance. This is not about getting or keeping 1 or 2 subscribers. When 5% of your customer base causes 95% of the problems it is a good idea to move forward without them.
