D'Otto sold Otto township Shiningtree property for NOTHING!!

I don't see that transaction as a bragging point whatsoever,webpence; please put in your questionable two cents why the transaction was successful one?

You do realize that Shiningtree could have held the property for ABSOLUTELY no cost for years as Shtree hadn't signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the appropriate Indian tribe on purpose cause Scott knew what he was doing, unlike the comedic management team of D'Otto.
