unless this company finds someone to immediately support their projects and sign a contract (even a mediocre contract) to use the technology, while simultaneously HYSR must do a reverse 100 to 1 split, there is no one who will buy this 1 billion share authorized (approximately 700 million currently outstanding), the end will come soon for many of us.

Reduce the number of shares down to 10 million shares, which will make the stock price at least approach $0.79/share. 10 million shares may be too ill-liquid but when this is sub-penny, it is laughable.
