Ed, so I haven't read the financials enough to know or remember who the dumpee is....do we know that? How much they have? Why the are dumping? Etc. Was this some toxic financing I'm lost track of.

Their communications sucks and they don't seem to have regard for we shareholders with their approach....maybe they need to spend more time trying to make all that business they seem to be doing profitable (or more ...)

Your rational is probably a possibility but might have been better for all if they tried to fix the problem instead of having the problem guide them.
