Considering Gelkmans SCAM history....diluting and selling shares and keeping the money on lies and scams stories.....the FINRA should see this action....rinse and repeat and shut his ass down. Deny the R/S which will put in his pocket ALL the money everyone has invested.

What gives his the right to do that...steal others money. FINRA is supposed to be for traders so why would they approve another giant scam again and again. I hve a letter into finra to see how they justifiy letting this creep crook keep dong the same shit over and over. Gut this dude off and put him in jail,

I am so adimant about his fraud that is finra approves his R/S to screw everyone...I then will head to SEC...I have had some luck there before. They have to clamp him down and stop this flagrant fraud. That is their frickin job....protect us against crooks like him
