Is having a MOU a material event? If it is, then the extension of said MOU would have to be revealed as a material event, otherwise, who would know it’s been extended. Who would buy shares with an expired MOU with nothing to show for it? If not, why tell anyone there is a MOU to begin with?That would explain why anyone doing DD on this stock(?) ain’t buying. Now I know why some keep blaming posters for the sp being .0001. LOL
