Thanks for your patience on this. There are approximately 125m shares outstanding.

We still have some debt on the books, but a LOT has come off recently... You may know that prior to me joining GRCK they made an investment in ShareRails an O2O company. This investment still shows as an asset on GRCK balance sheet, but the vast majority of the debt related to investment has come off the books since we announced the LOI etc. Which is awesome!

We do NOT want to dilute the stock. There will still be some dilution to come. But our number one priority is profitable customer acquisition and growing these companies.
